How do you source your crystals?  

My crystals are sorted through a variety of miners and wholesalers, depending on availability, then each batch is carefully examined by my store before they are wrapped and sold. This ensures that every order receives quality and authentic gemstones. Online shopping has made genuine crystals increasingly difficult to find, which is why I pride myself on being able to sell real crystals at affordable prices.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged goods, when the package is sent out, it is no longer in my control and UPS OR USPS claims responsibility for it. From there it is up to the customer to report lost or damaged good with UPS/USPS. You are able to file a claim on the UPS website or the USPS website. 

What are the processing and shipping times?

My processing time is 7-15 BUSINESS days, as everything is custom and handmade. After that it is in the post office's hands where they can take 1-5 business days to deliver your package, depending on how far you are from Florida. As always, you will have a tracking code emailed to keep an eye on your package's journey.

Why do I have to pay a custom fee on my international order?

International orders may be subject to a custom fee, this fee can vary by size of the package. I am not responsible for paying custom fees or VAT fees, customers are responsible to pay custom fees.

How should I cleanse and charge my crystals?

To cleanse your crystals, you can use a cleansing crystal, such as Selenite to surround your crystal in. You may also use rainwater to cleanse your crystals by leaving them outside on a rainy day, or simply soak them in a bowl of salt water over night -please research your crystal as some crystals cannot come into contact with salt or water for long periods of time.
